Kandy James, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support to the firm’s lawyers in matters involving complex commercial litigation, with focuses on international judgment enforcement and insolvency.

Her recent matters include assisting the firm’s lawyers in representing a Trust Corporation in advising clients about undertaking certain projects.

Ms. James received her Legal Secretary Certificates in Caribbean Examinations Council (“CXC”) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“ICSA”).
