Gabriel Maieru, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving international judgment enforcement and asset recovery. He recently provided research and support in connection with the representation of ConocoPhillips in the enforcement of a US $10 billion+ International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes judgment and International Chamber of Commerce arbitration claim against the Republic of Venezuela.

Mr. Maieru received his LLB from the University of São Paulo.
